I feel like Watchmen has literally accomplished exactly what we set out to achieve. Strong PvP presence, solid community work and overall fun in between. Not to mention, some of us actually gained the highest rating in the world. That reflects on all of us - so remember, just because I got 2400 doesn't mean it was for me alone. I did it for all of us, so feel good as a unit.
I have to confess, I've had more fun being on mumble with you boys than the game itself.
There's just some frustrating things that the game needs to solve naturally. Lot of it should, theoretically, be solved in Drop 2. However, between how terrible my class is (now that metas are shifting) and how frequently instagibs are happening with no counterplay, I'm a bit up to my neck with that.
So I'm taking a break till Drop 2 - or at least - no competitive PvP till then.
This game has become more frustrating than fun, competitively and honestly, I feel like we've already accomplished what we need to accomplish. We seriously have nothing to prove... so I mean...
Anyways, break time and uhhh, some off games for fun :)

What you all accomplished was certainly impressive, and I look forward to playing off games with you all :).
Way short lived to what I was hoping for at least.
Half of the burden has to fall on the consumers of MMOs. If we don't buy the WoW types, they will stop making them or in theory should. I feel like its all nostalgic anyway. We all can remember the fun times we had with WoW vanilla through whenever you quit and think that maybe/hopefully we can play a game that will give us some of that old time loving again. Be it WS, FFXIV, GW2, etc, but like a adolescent female on prom night, we are left unsatisfied. I think it says more about the gaming industry as a whole as the try to basically force feed us the same regurgitated bullshit we have been playing since 2000.

Using Watchmen as a microcosm -- Solely PvP Focused -- Literally did everything outside of Warplots to the highest level possible, some of you all did it on multiple toons. Did all this with one sub.....Using the same logic as above, one can make the case that a guild solely focused on PvE may be experiencing the same type of boredom as us. Attuned during head start -- sitting at a gear wall/bug wall waiting for updates.
Outside of attempting to PvE....wtf are we supposed to do? RBGS? BGs? oh wait our gear score is too high and it will take 50 mins. Dailys? WPvP? Meh.
