Hey, my name's Glassjaw and I've been with the Watchmen since a little after its creation some 2 and a half years ago. I've always played the Warrior class, and I don't see that changing in Wildstar. I'm making this thread as a go to place for Warrior related talk, both PvP and PvE. While I'm usually just a PvPer at heart, I can hold my own with the some of the best PvErs and enjoy the min-max type of talk. First, a little overview about the Warrior class:

Warriors have good damage, useful utility and good up time. We have charges on our best skill (Tremor) for smart usage, an MS effect with a decently long cool down so that it has to be applied at the opportune time and not spammed, we have Grip and Knock Down as a combo for CC but one that has to be set up and executed successfully with good awareness and positioning. We have an offensive CD on a long cool down that punishes us with more damage taken and less healing received making it so that we have to set it up. It also shares a CD with our main defensive cool down as well, giving it a high opportunity cost. Our damage is consistent and many of our attacks build stacks so that we need to be landing our hits consistently in order to keep up the pressure.

Warriors are the most balanced class by far. We don't have root-globals, we don't have a million defensive outs, or ridiculous AMP mechanics to carry us. We're not broken, but we're not weak. The Warrior class rewards good, consistent play - the better the player the better the Warrior.

That's my level 30 build, which obviously won't be accurate come max, but it has all the abilities I plan on using at max, just missing AMPS and some Tiers. I link this build, and not some decked out 50 build, because it's what I used for the 10 days of open beta in Arena and what I feel like I have an understanding of. I'm not exactly sure how to build Warriors at max atm (Tremor and Power Link, Tremor with full Assault AMPs, how heavy into Support, etc.) and that will come with testing and not just theory.

Anyways, if you have any questions about the Warrior class feel free to ask. I feel like I have a good grasp on the class so far and am willing to help in any way I can. Also, if you have any builds or theories you want to discuss go ahead and I'll give you my feedback.

Update: Due to the increased speed of Rampage (previously Power Strike) and the increased CD and damage of Tremor (as well as Overdrive now resetting 1 charge of Tremor), Warriors have some of the highest burst in the game now. Definitely feels a little pushed. Just updating this so when people read we're "balanced", they're at least warned about the high burst potential Warriors have. However, this can only be used with Reck (Overdrive) once per minute, so it's not like Spellslinger damage is... all the time.

ive played for like 1 day,

its all about dat pudge hook, hamstring, leap attack, kick

cant play without those

This is for Arena doe.

Leap is bad in the close quarter combat, and the hamstring debuff from Ripsaw is replaced by the Festering Blade AMP.

 Early levels aren't the best indication of abilities. For example, I had to use staff for healing but it's literally the worst PvP spell in game as the level goes on.

Ya, in BGs it's really good, but in Arena (which the build posted was for) it's not good.
