So, Before last weekends beta ended, I discovered why everyone kept getting globaled in AOE. It's the Spellslinger. The ability Wild Barrage, when combined with the spell surge ability, wild barrage deals 200 dmg every .25 seconds to 5 targets and also ignores 100% armor increasing the dmg done; however this ability only goes on cooldown once the channel ends, allowing someone to click it as many times as possible as the GCD will allow, essentially having 4 wild barrage's active at the same time. This brings the 200+ dmg every .25 seconds up to 800 dmg every .25 seconds per target(minimum). If you use it on just 1 target thats a minimum 3200 dps(not including 100% armor reduction or crits), add 2 more slingers with the same thing, and the result being you just got fucked.
edit: I forgot to add that this is at lvl 16, so in 15-29 bracket that dmg is actually higher.

Yaaaaaaaa Staylite told me about this when I was queueing with his group the last night. Hopefully they'll fix this because I saw him use it a on a group a couple of times and it was disgusting.
On a more positive note I still came so close to outdamaging him multiple games... :3
