So you have me on Apkallu Eggs and Scaleskin Blood. It says 50 Eggs and I'll load up on those, but on the Blood #needed is listed as 0. Do I need to gather those as well or?

So the spreadsheet updates the assignment/gathering page based on what food we enter on the first tab. So we first need to figure out what we want to be using in raids (e.g. Buttons in a Blanket vs Button Saute) and then we can divy up the gathering in an equitable manner. Right now, I just populated the sheets with dummy data to test that all of the formulas are working.
I know we talked about this earlier but can I get a clarification? Basically we should each have a mob that we need to farm for drops used for food (noted in the spreadsheet), and also are responsible for X amount of Water Shards per day? How many Shards? 510 I believe? And is that all we need to do?

Btw you are assuming in the spreadsheet that we have 2 dex characters and 2 int characters on the raid every day, besides the 2 str ones. So the price depends a lot on our composition, and we will likely spend a little bit less (about 60-80k less id assume?).
@Glass - Yeah, it would be nice if everyone could farm/buy ~255 Water Shards, 180 Fire Shards and 75 Lightning Shards for each raid. I'll be buying as much as I can off the AH as well, but if everyone contributes daily it'll make it easier in the long run.
The only other things we need are Botany/Hunting mats. For the tank food, we need Allapaku(sp?) eggs and for the Dex potions we need Spoken Blood. I think we should ask people to volunteer to level Botany. In exchange, the rest of the raid could cover their Shard duties.
@Tear Good call, we should adjust the numbers for the dex and int pots :)
I'm mostly just trying to model out what we need for progression raids to make sure we don't get stuck without food one night. We can definitely try to outsource some of this work as well if we can find people like Min Ja that will make some of this stuff for a reasonable price.
