WATCHMEN

The forums have been updated and now have some additional features.

- Chatbox (Member Only)
        This is a new feature that works like a chatroom amongst the board.
         (Chatbox is available on mobile)

- Navigation Tool (Member Only)
        To the bottom of the page features a new navigation tool that
        allows you to easier access PMs, whiteboards and online users.

- Public Forums
         We now have a public section opened. However, all new registers
         will have to be approved before they are allowed to have access
         to the member forums. Video and Media section has been moved
         here along with PvE, PvP and General forums.

- New Look
          Updated look.

- Cleaned
          The forums have been tidied up a bit.
