...other than ePeen. It contains no beneficial stats and quite frankly, seems like a waste of time.

I've also seen they've stockpiled a TON of expertise on the new gear, so I'm wondering if they buffed expertise to makeup for it? Paying attention to the armouring/modding/enh you can see that every piece has exp on it:

I think the new rewards are suppose to be mostly for vanity purposes. I'm a fan of it tbh. I'd rather have skill vrs skill than gear vrs gear. __________________ On your deathbed, you will not wish you played more video games.

They are buffing the diminishing returns on expertise, hence the plethora of it on the gear. __________________ If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.
