Sup guys.  Here is a decent t11 video where the tethers aren't always on the tanks.  Our positioning for nerve gas is much safer and less (potentially) confusing than what is in this video... but they still made it and handled the other mechanics well.

In the event tanks are not tethered (so tethered pairs are on left and right of the boss) and Kaliya decides to do her first nerve gas toward the tanks, the dodging is still an incredibly simple "dodge to the nearest edge of the gas area then go back and dodge once more".  This video, more or less, just serves to show you the fight in its entirety.  Cheers.

Edit: Now that I watch this again, their lack of splitting for seeds is pretty terrible.  Not separating leads to us taking far more damage (and potential deaths) than necessary.  I do kind of like what they were doing to set up tethers (think 2 people running out with T9 fire tethers), but we will keep with the pre-positioning that Lirax suggested and stacking on the butt/flanks for now.
