It's a start. The Assassinate gcd is huge, imo, to help with the burst that actually kills. The Spellsurge is an overall dps nerf since they'll have to use globals to turn it on, although once on the same kind of burst is still possible.

It was an un-nerf if you guys had read earlier in the thread, and not even that large of one. Shrug. Class is still OP, yes, but not like the actually got buffed from their previous state.
