I messed around with PS2 and, IMHO, it seems fun, but we need to pick a server and race, server doesn't matter too much, and the only differences, that i can see, between the races are their idealogies. I personally prefer Vanu.

In the end they do, but they have different performance characteristics. NC weapons for example have noticeably higher recoil. I could make it work though.

Well you can have 3 characters, and can't have multiple characters from opposing factions on the same server, so I propose diff servers for each faction. So let's do

 

New Conglomerate (Blue) on Jaeger

Terran Republic (Red) on SolTech

Vanu (Purple) on Mattherson

 

That way we can play whichever faction we feel like atm.

 Right, just saying if we do this the choice of faction won't be such a big deal. If we decide to switch we won't have to re-decide which server to play on.

Also I vote against Vanu. I know they look cool but I'm finding their weapons very weak.

Yeah, NC = shotgun/projective, high recoil. Terran = Lots of bullets, high ammo capacity and Vanu = no recoil, crazy energy stuff.

I really enjoy this game... oddly enough. It's big enough where there's lots of players but nothing over the top. You can also play it stupendously casual. I think this is a good place for Watchmen gathering.
