well i logged in remotely at home and started the download if the speed holds out a 1 mbit/s it will be downloaded by the time i get home usually

 It's already installed, just unpack it and then double click on the BL main exe. It might say "error can't run" just hit ok and it will still run regardless.

Yes, I unzipped into my C: drive but when I hit the application icon it says something about "d3dx9_41.dll is missing." Then doesn't start up when I hit 'ok'.

 I get the same error everytime. I just press okay and the game still comes up. Run as admin?
