All of these teams are very skilled, most have stayed together for a long time with minor changes to the people and compositions. From experience and observation, here's my prediction of what the top 5 guilds on POT 5 will be in a month:
#1: Pkers.
#2: Casual.
#3: Hoth Ski Patrol.
#4: Hostile Takeover/I Am Legend.
#5: Ubique.
Most of these teams run traditional comps after 2.0, however, some of these returning teams will try to base their composition around the new model of rateds. Here's my predictions of the returning teams comps:
Assassins Tank/DPS: Sinaith, Fuu (Vulnerable to stealth caps, but hard dueler), Xekshek (Not confirmed but average player.) Stealthzero (Not confirmed, but above average)
Mercenary Healer: Razbot (Big Trouble)
Marauder Carnage/Smash: Ignition (Trouble), Chea, Karmas, Ziqe (Very big trouble)
Set Teams
These team roles are subject to change, but the players are confirmed.
In total so far, Casual has nine players on their set rated team. The players who are the same people on different character are as follows:
Operative and Sniper = Metis/Nuesta.
Marauder, Sorcerer, and Assassin: Mugen/Fuu/Negum.
Sniper and Assassin: I'L/O-o.
I'll edit again when I find out more.
Streams
I'll post streams as I get more from each player.
As it stands right now the biggest worries are on Imperial faction in the form of Pkers if they reform to their old quality, and without a doubt Casual is Pkers doesn't come out on top. Hoth Ski Patrol will do whatever it takes to win, Hostile Takeover has had the one of the longest lasting teams but there's a possibility of their players scripting, and I Am Legend, probably the biggest mouths but they are NOT the best, but don't underestimate them, they will exploit both the game and bolster, their players consist of high damage and smash. most of these other teams that I didn't go into detail don't stand out as big threats, but if more information is requiested, I'll edit this thread.
Hope this info helps!
Team Activity
On July 1st Pkers made their first come back after almost a year, they won more than 15 matches and lost two to <Clutch> and <Bloodline>, I'll add these two teams roster soon enough.

I went ahead and watched the last video you posted (Hostile Takeover v Hoth Ski Patrol 2.0) and it was from the point of view of a Guardian tank and I saw so many flaws it was unbelievable. If this is the caliber of player that is considered good then we should have no problem competing at their level. As far as group comp and communication, they might have us beat, but I think our comp is solid and we can easily work on calling incs/focusing targets.
Now we just need gear and queues.
